HOW TO APPLY: Residents will again apply for parking permits online at the Parking Authority’s new web site at https://pabc.t2hosted.com/cmn/index.aspx

Any resident who does not sign up online may go the Parking Authority’s office after January 19 during normal business hours (8am to5pm) to apply, using a credit card or check, no cash!
