Procedures for Area 8 Parking Registration 2015
HOW TO APPLY: Residents will again apply for parking permits online at the Parking Authority’s new web site at https://pabc.t2hosted.com/cmn/index.aspx
WHEN TO APPLY: Starting on December 22, 2014
EXISTING RESIDENTS: If you already have a permit, your information is in the database. Your user name is your driver’s license number and your password is your last name. The first time you use the new system you will be prompted to change your password and enter in a security question. You can then make any changes necessary by editing your account.
As of this time, you can pay for all of your decals at one time, then you need to pay for your visitor passes individually. If you are not able to request permits dues to a message stating “no permits are available at this time”, please call the Parking Authority at 443-573-2800.
Any resident who does not sign up online may go the Parking Authority’s office after January 19 during normal business hours (8am to5pm) to apply, using a credit card or check, no cash!
COST: Decals and Visitor Passes will be $20 each.
