Procedures for Area 8 Parking Registration 2011
HOW TO APPLY: Residents will again apply for parking permits online at the Parking Authority’s new web site at https://pabc.t2hosted.com/cmn/index.aspx
WHEN TO APPLY: Starting on December 15, 2010
EXISTING RESIDENTS: If you already have a permit, your information is in the database. The user name is your driver’s license number, and your password is your last name. The first time you use the new system you will be prompted to change your password and enter a security question. You can then make any changes, if necessary, by editing your account.
You can pay for all of your decals at one time. Then you need to pay for your visitor passes individually. If you are not able to request permits due to a message stating “no permits are available at this time”, please call the Parking Authority at 443-573-2800.
Any resident who does not sign up in advance may go the Park Authority’s office after January 20 during normal business hours (8am to5pm) to apply. People without computers can fill out their application using the computers at the Authority’s office. No cash!
COST: Decals and Visitor Passes will be $20 each. Handicap tags must purchase a decal.
HOW TO PAY: The Authority asks that you pay for your decals/permits with a credit card at the same time you request them online. This will insure that your permits will be available on the permit pick-up dates.
